Veggies!
Make sure to eat your veggies! Sometimes the hardest part about eating your veggies is preparing them! I have found it easiest to buy a variety of veggies and wash, peel, cut, etc them all at once so that they are ready for you to munch on during the week! Green peppers Cucumbers Broccoli Cauliflour Carrots Celery Etc!
