Hiya'll! It's time to get moving again. I've changed a lot on the blog and added a bunch of information. Most of it based off my experiences from last year when I lost weight.
I'll be updating regularly with the things I'm eating and the ways I'm moving. I hope you'll jump on this fitness train with me. It's always nice to have extra encouragement and motivation.
I'd like to hear what you are doing as well. And I'd like to know what you would like to see on here.

Yay! I need more motivation I've been stuck in a rut. I am currently doing an hour of Yogalates four times a week, if not more often. I hope to be able to increase my exercising to my spinning bike in August when I get the ok from my Doctor.
That's great! I hope your legs are healing well!
